Take a cheap multivitamin like centrum.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)
For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
Drink a protein shake between meals
Here goes the weight workout plan I recommend
Day 1) chest/back
Day 2) arms/shoulders
Day 3) legs
Plus your cardio
Sprint, Work abs, forearms and calves everyday
why would you want to be a wrestler? and being 13, dont take vitamins, just eat right and excercise
I just read that if you eat healthy and normally you do not need special vitamins. Just eat healthy
just eat healthier and lift weights. if that doesnt work, then resort to store bought BS
Just eat decent food and exercise - you're 13 bloody years old, the last thing you need to worry about is vitamins/supplements for "fitness." I'm sure if you asked your doctor he could recommend a decent multivitamin for your age. But face it, you've barely even hit puberty so you're not going to really be packin' on the muscle anytime soon.
No one can get the needed amount of vitamins/minerals from their diet alone. A good multi vit would be great. It is also very hard to cut and build muscle at the same time. Concentrate on one or the other. I have never in my bodybuilding career met someone who can do both at teh same time without outside supplementation. I suggest you also do not do 70% protein/30% carbs. Your body needs carbohydrates for energy and carbs are what transports proteins into you muscle.
