Trouble eating healthy?!


Question: hey my name is sabrina, im 16, i weigh 120lbs and im 5'3...and i want to learn how to each healthy without being so hungry! for breakfest i usualy have pancakes, then dinner i have fatting foods. and im trying to eat healthy so i can lose 20-15lbs and tone my body but idk how to start..i mean i don't have healthy stuff in my refregerator so what can i buy at the store!? im sick of eating this way...but i do so that im not hungry, and if i eat heathy i feel hungry as hell! soo i don't know how to start eating right and dieting so i can lose those lbs. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi! I'm 16 as well. One thing you should know is that at the most you should lose 10 lbs., and that's the very most! Moving on though, pancakes may taste good, and they are fine to have on occasion, especially if they are whole grain, but they don't keep you very full, and breakfast is an important meal, it keeps you going throughout the day. Try some whole grain cereal with low fat milk and some almonds and fruit. Also, make sure you have three meals a day, that way you are kept satisfied, and don't overeat at night. Really you can eat most things, just not a lot of everything. For example instead of having a burger from a fast food place, have one at home, with a whole wheat bun, but a veggie burger instead, and go for mustard instead of mayonnaise. Don't deprive yourself either, everything in moderation. Hopefully this is enough to get you started, good luck!

eat nothing, when you feel like your gonna pass out eat a cube of cheese. works for me. (cheese cube should be approx. 1cm. x 1cm)
