the easiest way, after your doctor has seen that you are in good health, is to eat what everyone else can't! foods high in calories. given your age is only 13 and womanhood is coming sooner than later, eating healthy large amounts of food would be best. just eat more of them with cheeses, gravy, rich deserts. should put the pounds on you!

the best thing to do is to ignore all advice givin by anyone on the puter except this. asking a doctor if u actually need to gain weight or not. asking ppl on the web is not the way to go

Don't eat 3 times a day.Eat anytime u can. Eat foods that r high in calories n fat like eggs,potatoes n definitely burger,right before u sleep. These r all the things that i can't do:(
