I'm 6'2 & 205. I think that's a good weight. I do lift weights and play sports like basketball, hockey and raquetball. Was up to 235 at one point but I find the 200-210 range feels great. I've been as low as 185 (ran long distances and did more cardio than weights).

You've done a nice job of dropping weight, hopefully you are doing so in a healthy way. Keep it up. It really comes down to what you are comfortable with. I like to be active and play sports so I need to maintain a weight that allows me to do so. Whatever makes you feel your best. As long as taking care of your body becomes a part of your everyday lifestyle, don't worry about how much more weight you lose. Keep up the good work!!

sure.................why not?

i think thats good. You may be able to lose another 20-35 lbs, but dont worry too much about it. Congrats on the weight loss!

Use a BMI calculator and it should tell you all the details.

6'2" and 225lbs is not bad

you may want to continue some cardio and some weight exercises

But I don't think you need to make any more drastic weight losses

a healthy weight for a 6'2 male is about 185-205. but if u ahve muscle and a large frame then around 220 should be fine. don't sweat 5 lbs though b/c muscle always factors in.

I think your pretty good. Because you are really tall and have a big frame.

You could try to to turn some of the "fat weight" into "muscle weight"...

I'm 6-2 and I weigh 195 and have a bit of a pot. I'd like to get down to the weight I was when I graduated college, or 175.
