Weight aaauhhh waaaa////!!!???!


Question: okay so i am 13 and i weight 145 POUNDS i am soo over weight i been wantting to lose weight since i was 8 i was soo skinny and then my weight went up hill. i would likke to lose 50 pounds and be around 95 i dont want to lose weight soo i can look like a pole and crap i want to lose weight because of my healthy i try to lose it for years i hate it went i see on tv all things thing for grown up U MUST ME 18 AND CRAP PEOPLE DONT KNOW THAT KIDS!!!// NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT TOOOOOO!!! i need a plan to exices and lose weight fast how much do u like i could lose from sunday to arpirl 1 i will push it !! lol please help i need a plan any websites or anything to help me any good exices recipes ANYTHING REALLY I NEED HELP I ALREADY WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND HE SAID JUST WATCH WHAT I EAT I NEED MORE THAN THANKS !!! PLEASSSSSE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

go running every morning before school or in the evening before it gets dark (unless you are running with a friend). it helps to have a buddy to exercise with to keep you motivated and keep you from slacking. start packing lunches, pack a turkey sandwich, a piece of fruit, some carrot or celery sticks, and water bottle. talk to your parents about your concerns and see if they will start cooking more healthy things for dinner. there are a lot of ways you can watch your weight, but the first thing you have to do is get motivated and stay with it! good luck!

Lilly has some pretty good advice.
Fact is weight loss is hard work. Anything that tells you, "Slim down fast!" will hurt your body more then it helps. Not to mention most miricle products will only be temporary, and the weight will be back on again in less then a year.

Good luck, try setting excersise goals with a friend, maybe make a little cometition with it. It helps keep you focused and motivated.

im the EXACT same. but i dnt want to weight 95 pounds...its dangerous...eat about 2000 calories a day...lots of fruit and vegetables...exercise everyday dnt eat junk food..drink lots of water (if u dnt like water get flavored water) eat 5 times a day(breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) eat every 3 hours..and ask your parents about fat camp for summer..i go to one and i loved itt!!

but try losing about 20 pounds..then ull be a healthy weight
