When you need strength what do you do?!


Question: you can run, weightlift, attend gym classes, do yoga or pilates or many other things. when you want strength you do anything!!

Lift weights

concentrate on my goal.

Do resistance training aka lifting weights.

lift weights.... try to find full body exercises. squats, rows, and deadlifts.... if you do 5 sets of each 3 times a week, you should build muscle.
