What is a good night sleep for a 13 year old.?!

the average is 8 hours a night,
but even more wouldn't hurt because your body is growing :D
don't listen to the second person.

7 hours and more.
Or atleast an average of that.

7 to 4 hours is the best for a person. not 8, 8 reduces your life span...

i am 13. In the holidays i have been sleeping for about 11 hours but i would say we only need about 9 hours for a day at school(uugghh).If you are getting more than 8 hours a nite then that is fine. Boxing is tiring so you would get better sleep.

8.5 hours a night AT LEAST 9.5 is ideal.

If you can't get 9 hours, try to get increments of 90 minutes...90 minutes is better than 2 hours; 3 hours is better than 4 hours, etc.

8-10 hours you need tons of rest

it depends on the activities that you do on that day.. if it's light 6 hrs of sleep is enough.. if it's heavy then you need to sleep for 8-9hrs, coz your body need to recuperate and heal broken down cells..
