Can I work my shoulders out to complete failure for 1 day a week without overtra!

Question: What if 1 day a week I worked my shoulders to complete muscle failure for around 50 mins? Would I be overtraining? I mean as long as there's no muscle soreness left when I work out its ok to workout right? I'm 17 by the way

The face pull may be the most underrated exercise in all of strength training. It falls into the horizontal pull category, but where rows potentially promote a downward scapular rotation syndrome and internal rotation of the shoulder joint, the face pull can do just the opposite.

article has a video demo of the exercise
