Can I work my shoulders out to complete failure for 1 day a week without overtra!
Question: What if 1 day a week I worked my shoulders to complete muscle failure for around 50 mins? Would I be overtraining? I mean as long as there's no muscle soreness left when I work out its ok to workout right? I'm 17 by the way
