5/6 and 92 pounds!! plz help!!?!
Question: Hello i am 16 and 5/6 92 pounds i know thats not a healty weight and i know i dont eat that much but is there somthing i can take to increase my appitite?? also im so skinny that my rib cage shows when i take off my shirt and i can put my hand around my arm and it still has space plz help! Also im not anerxic

If you're 16, you are still growing. You're probably also very small boned. Honestly, you're probably only a few pounds under what you'll eventually be by the time you hit 18. And that's fine, being tiny is awesome.
Because you're unfinished at the moment, there is a chance that nothing may help for now, but it will be temporary, anyway.
If you want to try anyway, you should eat a lot of lean meat, particularly turkey, fish, skim milk, cheese and do very little running at a high speed, followed by weight training. This will increase your appetite.
Eat meats..hit the gym
eat more protein. take supplements.
try some vitamin B. That might increase your appetite. Also if you live in a place where you can spend alot of time outdoors, like at a beach etc. That will help. Try not to eat alot of carbs simply because they make you feel full. Dont feel bad, I bet its just as hard to gain as it is to lose. I used to be very thin when I was young, then when I got to be 30 I started to poof up a bit so now I wish I could be that thin again without trying!
ohh..wow umm... what u need is to get a bag of chips and start watching TV...lol um just try to eat the same foods 4 a while and umm...ur metabolism will get used to it and i think ull gain sum weight

see a nutritionist or something
go to the doc's or a nutritionist or something... they might be able to get you some appetite stimulants. You need to start getting some more protein in your body too. supplements might help too, weight gainers for extra calories.
eat all of these foods;
chips
donuts!!
LOTS OF SODA. [NOT DIET]
umm...ice-cream! the most wonderfullest fatty food!
cakes
desserts
chocolatee!!!!!!
go to the store right now and buy a box of chocolate bars and eat them all to yourself.
p.s. even if your not hungry, you still need to eat because its bad for your brain. =)
