Stomach stapling???!


Question: hi im 14 im getting my stomach stapled and i need to know everything about it
like how does i tmake you lose weight??
do you recomend it?
does your insides feel weird after the operation??
what are some side effects??
does the operation hurt??
i know im young but kids are cruel ive gone a month without eating more then 50 calories diets dont work and excersize doesnt work i need serious answers from doctors or people who know about this

Definitely speak with a knowledgeable physician before jumping into anything like this.

Well I have never had done but I know someone who did and it helped them lose weight! Hope ur operation goes well! Good luck!!!!

I wouldn't get the operation.
Too many things can go wrong and even if the operation goes well, you are going to be dependent on doctors the rest of your life.
The operation also doesn't cure the original problem which is how to gain the discipline to exercise and eat healthily.
I'd suggest a therapist to talk to about this.
I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.
