im guessing u want 2 gain weight in muscle. in order 2 do this u 1st need 2 google "calorie calculator" and calculate how many calories u burn in a day. this is the number of calories u need 2 eat 2 maintain ur current body weight. if u want 2 gain weight u need 2 increase ur calories in a healthy way. theres a saying "in order 2 get big u have 2 eat big." ur diet should consist of 60% of ur calories coming from carbs, 25% coming from protein, and 15% coming from fat. this will ensure ur body is getting the right amount of nutrients it needs. just remember 2 raise ur calories intake in a healthy way and ull get there

Try replacing your favorite foods with healthier options. Like if you love white rice, opt for brown rice instead, or if you really feel like snacking have some fruit. The weight will go away slowly, but it will stay off and you will be better off in the long run. Also exercise appropriately.
