Okay, I want to lose 70 lbs. in about 2 years.?!
Question: Can anyone make me like a plan thing to follow? Here are some things about me that might help.
-I eat a sandwich almost every day for lunch.
-I almost always eat an actual cooked breakfast like eggs.
-Dinner is usually less that 400-450 calories.
-I am 13 and do not have access to a whole lot.
-I don't really jog, I play basketball for exercise, [how long a day with 1500 calories?]
-I also don't really want people to notice that I'm on a diet.
-The 5 small meals a day doesn't work for me because I have to eat breakfast, and then no time to eat during school until lunch, then I come home and eat dinner.
-Also I would like to get a bit faster and a bit better vertical leap and better at basketball.

I'm also trying to lose weight. I've been playing DDR on my PS2 a lot so if you do that, it should help. I wish I could say more. Maybe you're at a healthy weight for your height?
