Question: okkay so i heard that when you are on a diet you should drink alot of water

In order to lose weight, you need to build muscle. Person who has muscle burn more calories than people who don't. In order to build muscle, you need to have protein in your diet and water. Your body needs to stay hydrated. So it will not retain water ( which will increase your weight).

It fills you up (so you eat less).
It flushes away fat cells.
It has no calories.

fills you up, most people are in a state of perpetual dehydration--really they are thirsty and not hungry

Water is very important because it keeps your body hydrated and because a lot of the functions in your body need water.

no calories. sodas have caffiene and lots of sugar and calories. diet coke isn't too bad.
if you don't like water go with propel and koolaid packs to mix in your water. vitamin water is okay but its second ingredient is sugar.
