What's a good way to tone your legs?!
Question: I need a few good workouts for your legs to gain muscle, but if you know of any that DONT make your legs lose weight while you do them.

Light Weight Lunges,
Squats,
Calf Raises
Any gym that you would go to would have a few different types of leg machines, leg press, leg curls,
walk walk walk
oh, and dance :)
squats
Dance, dance, and dance.
ride a bike dance walk run
squats... squats... oh and squats! lol! u can do them with or wo weights, but for toning nothing is better!
walking....walking...walking...building those muscles will tone and reshape the leg....running is also good, but you do tend to lose a little weight.
Jogging, running, skipping, walking, the Nutbush, dancing in general.
Go shogging or go to the gym and get on those Calf Toning machines and the likes.
Or get a bike and cycle around especially uphill thats good for the calf muscles. It will build them up somewhat and it will tone them very well
squats are great for the legs
Lay down and have Goku put a giant boulder on your feet and push up and down (repeat) and yea you should be stronger by no time
Exercise! Some basic exercises you can do for great legs are: jumping (jump-rope, trampoline), running/walking, riding a bike (using legs to pedal), swimming, and step-ups/stairs.
On floor, on side, cross leg to put foot on floor in front of other leg's knee and raise the staight leg that is behind. And, on all fours, lift one leg and raise to position foot parallel to ceiling and pump to lift.
Just swimming.
