40 minutes of good cardio activity per day is good for your health. A lot more than a lot of people manage!

yes thats good

It's fine, and don't forget, if you skip a day it doesn't hurt.

that's pretty much the exact same thing I do...I just walk my dog a little longer. So far it works fine for me. Just make sure to drink a lot of water.

Yes sounds very good

yea thats good 30 minutes is all the cardio a person needs in 1 day
if you miss a day i really dont see the need to add it on to the next day

Well any exercise is a plus, right? ;-)

I've heard that ANY form of exercise is good. Meaning 30 minutes of jogging is just as beneficial as 30 minutes of walking; as long as your heart rate is elevated.

yep good good

All good. Seems you have a pretty good idea of what cardio is, which is probably why people didn't think you really needed an answer.

i think so

JUST FINE!!!!!! DRINK LOTS OF WATER TOO!!!

It's good. It is also okay to take a day off now and then.

yes, any kind of exercise is always good for your body. if you are trying to lose weight then you might want to increase the amount of time you spend exercising and maybe instead of walking your dog you could start jogging with your dog...

I think its fine =) but it would be good if you increase the time gradually =) for like up to 2 hours a day.

Yea that is good, but if you had to skip a day, it would not be necessary to double up the next day. As long as you are good about doing it a least 3-4 times a week can be enough to loose weight and be healthy for you.

you should actually get at LEAST an hour of exercise every day, i don't do it but i should, and dogs need exercise too so maybe 2 walks a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, you'll feel better walking your dog twice than once.

sound good iam going to start in spring ihaveto wait for spring because i live wis and i have cp and snow andi dont get alone goodllluck

yeah, it's good, at least u try getting exercise into your schedule, i just do whatever i want, and i'm still underweight, i'm crazy like that. just remember to drink water, no matter if u hate a lot of it like me!

Its great to stay in shape. You can add on the next day that's fine but its good to stay on it every day if possible. The reason why is your diet. To loose weight you have to burn more calories than your taking in. So if your not keeping track of your intake then making up for the previous day wont matter. But if you are lets say on a weekly schedule then making up for it the next day it still adding on to calories lost and will work out just fine. I hope this makes sense. Good luck and stay motivated. :)

It's more than perfect, you'll have if you don't have it already a body of a super-model,and your dog in a perfect shape if it's an average size dog,if it's would be a real big dog certainly would need more movement.

It's not enough. You need to do at least 45-60 minutes a day. Making up exercise doesn't work. It's just like sleeping. You can't make it up once it's lost. Try doing a little bit more cardio and try some strength training like lifting weights. Good job on the exercise though. Most people don't do any.
