Advice and tips please from those trying to lose weight?!


Question: i have posted this question several time but everytime i do i get great advice.

i am a 23 year old having the hardest time trying to lose weight. im currrently at about 220. i gave up all soda and energy drinks for about a week now. im still having a hard time eating late at night and hunger attacks after work in the evenings. im trying to drink more water. the exercise things is hard cause im normally active and walking and on my feet at work anywhere from 8-10 hours a day and im beat when i get home. it doesnt help that i dont have a gym near by to attend and the weather is cold and snowy right now. im looking for exercise equipment online right now. thats a little about me..

here are some tips which were very helpful for me:
-TOAST TOAST TOAST! toast if properly browned will have only 8 calories per toast! and if u apply lowfat cheese on it and a cucumber or tomato then it is really satisfying indeed!

-make salads with a simple lemon and pepper dressing...drink water with it so that ur stomach feels full

-NEVER EVER drink water right after eating a meal....you gain 3 pounds instantly! give some time for the food to digest

-take 3 glasses of water 15 minutes before starting dinner...your stomach becomes half full with the water.

-add a little spice to your food so that it puts you off and you dont eat much.

-dancing is an excellent way to lose weight...turn up the volume then!

-dont eat anything and i mean ANYTHING after 6...the results are disastrous!

-a little helpful trick:dont eat heavy breakfast s then at noon have a big satisfying meal so that your morning craving is satisfied and you feel too full to eat much by dinner time...also the body loses most calories between 12-2 PM

I am sure you do not know that weightloss can be achieved without exercising also. It is all about increasing your metabolism.
