Sit your friend down somewhere quiet where it is just the two of you and calmy address your concerns with her.

Be aware that like most normal people, she probably will be hurt at first, but that if you show her your concern and offer to help her to lose the excess weight and learn how to care for herself better, and STICK TO IT, she will (hopefully) accept your concern and your help.

Be prepared to take a break from her, or even lose her as a friend if she takes it badly. You cannot help someone who does not want to be helped. Before you can do anything more than let her know you are there for her, sh has to see the problem and want to do something about it.

introduce her to healthier foods! maybe if u get all ur other friends to eat salad, she'll get pressured into eating it too

that's actually very very unhealthy.. you need to tell your friend to exercise, and eat healthier.. cause unless she doesn't she will be having to make alot of trips to the hospital in her later years, and i dont mean 60's or 70's.. (if she makes it that far) but i mean like early 20's.. so tell your friend she needs to start changing her life around.
