Orange juice or water?!

orange juice has vitamins and minerals and water does not
but orange juice contains calories and water does not.

Definitely water.
Whilst orange juice is good in small doses, it has a very high sugar content and quite little nutritional value. It is much better to eat an orange then drink a small glass of OJ.
The best thing about OJ for me is that it is fool proof in getting bubs kicking

have both or better still fresh orange juice without sugar.. thats lower on the calories.

water has no sugar. for a thirst quencher i'd say water is better for you. eat an orange for the vitamins, minerals and fibre.

I like drinking lemon juice more than both ,

For a 27 male , I need 2-3 liters of water each day ,

Wwater is better calorie wise. You can add water to your orange juice! Get the best of both worlds.

well it really depends on the orange juice? if your talking bout bottled store bought orange juice then water is definately better. If your talking about freshly squeezed then well the juice will be fine but for weightloss water is still the best option as there is enough nutrients that can be obtained from food without the need to add more natural sugars from the juice.

Half and Half. They add sugar to orange juice to get the toddlers addicted to it (and thus sell more orange juice)
