they make a multi vitamin for teens, take that one. It is large so you may have to break it in two pieces.

You need to improve your diet. Just taking a pill every day isn't going to undo the damage done to your body from a poor diet. If it could, everyone would be healthy and skinny and live to be 100.

Make sure you get AT LEAST 3 servings of dairy every day - vitamin D and calcium are extremely important to fostering healthy bone density in women, especially in the teenage years when you are accumulating most of the bone density you will accumulate in your life.

Also, aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, more is always better.

Stay away from foods high in saturated and trans fats - these are solid at room temperature instead of liquid, and in the same way that they solidify when they cool down to room temp, they also tend to 'solidify' in your arteries, which later in life can give you serious heart health issues.

Right now you're just a healthy teenager, but the habits you start now are the habits you will carry with you for the rest of your life. If you start eating healthy now, you can avoid the health issues facing many American adults today - obesity, heart problems, etc. Today's generation is the FIRST GENERATION IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND to not exceed the lifespan of the generation before it - we are hurting our bodies and we have to stop.

Centrium or generic brand will do the trick. Your body will take what it needs and eliminate the rest.
I began vitamins back in High school because our small town had to split the town so that the school had morning and afternoon sessions. (took 2 years for another school) I went afternoons and my eating habits got way off base and stayed that way till this day.

frequent water and oranges, bones, flesh plam wine

As Kat said, there is no real substitute for a healthy diet. Now, having said that, you can get your calcium in liquid form. The one I take doesn't taste bad because it's blueberry flavored. It's called Target-Mins & it also has magnesium. You can get it at health-food stores and I wouldn't doubt it if regular grocery stores have begun carrying it, too.
