I use play dot com to get my dvds you can get free shipping (im in UK too)

I have asked a similar question because you see some of the pictures such as those of natalie cassidy (sonya in eastenders) and you think "how is that possible!!" but on the other hand, excercise in itself is good for the body, so surely they can do no harm to try?? And they cater for all people now - they have dance ones or just plain aerobics, or those that use a lot of props. Read reviews to get an idea of how good they are, and if you buy one you dont want, sell it on again! hope this helps, Lisa.
