Eat lots of healty protien.

Joining a gym always helps, you can ask someone there for ab workouts.

Do a set number of crunches soon after you wake up and before you go to bed, maybe even right after school. Start of with a number and then add five or ten everyday. Make sure you are doing then properly, don't use your hands to lift your self up, go slowy and keep your abs tightened the WHOLE time.

Do some cardio too, you need to workout your whole body.

do lots of sit-ups and crunches. but don't do too many at the beginning because you'll regret it for a few days.

Join a gym and ask for help, eat healthy and work out it takes a lot of hard work and comitment

start a good habbit, like doing situps or push ups right before you go to sleep.. place it alongside some other task that you always do. once you do this for 30 days in a row, more than likely you will stick with it...

it's about sticking with good habbits..

i suggest getting a chin up bar somewhere in your room. doing pull ups alone will give you an excellent physique.. throw in situps and you are golden...

lots of dieting. no cake and cookies and sugar!
lots of sit ups, crunches, push ups.
jogging, and skip roping.
oh and look at your self in the mirror every week and see the diffrence.
nothing comes easy in life! especially...abs!

lots of ab exercises but remember!!! unless your body fat is VERY low, they wont show!

trust me, this workout/eating routine works! i was skeptical at first, but it's won me over. Don't eat as much protein as he says, but everything else is dead on.

drink plenty of water eat meat vege's and water, run alot and do any exercise that hurts your stomach I'm working on a 8pack haha

Try to run alot, or play sports like basketball,
search 8minute abs on youtube.com and do that everyday
Eat a low calorie/carb diet

keep on eating healthy foods.

keep good habit..

Two major factors come into play in trying to get real ab definition.

1) Low body fat %
2) Genetics (can't control this...even if you do a ton of exercise and diet you still may not get six pack abs...)

The good news is you can lower your body fat % by doing toning exercises by doing crunches, situps, hanging leg raises, etc AND doing cardio 4-5 times week. Also, you need to maintain a strict diet with fruits/vegetables, whole grains, lean meats.
