Answers: Also am lactose intolerant... Any tips?

A workout routine that's been made just for you, lost of vegetables and healthy food, les sugar, less fat. No insane dieting, that's only gonna make it worse. And to top it off, a lot of faith in yourself and a smile on your face!
And off course, in your case, staying away from dairy would be a good idea...:)

Good luck - and no matter what you do, stay off all those unhealthy diets:)

just eat healthily and excersise regulaly, i know everyone says it but it really works!

Eat 4-6 small meals a day and exercise at least 3 times a week doing 30 min of cardio.

I just cut out the things I know make me put on more weight, i.e chocolate, crisps, cakes, biscuits etc!! More exercise, I find swimming is the best form of exercise as it works the whole body. Why not write down a diet plan! good luck, mine starts tomorrow!!

my moto is 'the more you eat, the more you loose!!!' it works for me x

throw up after every meal

Exercise!!!!!!!!At least three times a week!!!

there is no easy way eat right exsersise you can take laxatives and eat lots of bran and crap a lot of weight off but mainly eat right

There is no easy way to lose weight; however, I think the most efficient way would be to work a plan into your everyday life. For instance, in the summer, instead of driving to work, maybe park your car a few blocks away and walk the rest of the way. In the workplace, instead of taking the elevator every time, use the stairs 2 out of 5 days and work your way up to 5 out of 5 days. Little things like that will make a big difference. Being more active is definitely a start. Next, do not change the way you eat suddenly, because most likely you will not succeed. Instead, stop eating after 7 pm and make a conscience effort to keep bottled water in the house. Substitute other forms of liquid for bottled water. Cut back on frying your food and grill or bake your meat. I have a George Foreman grill I use constantly, and it is quick. It would be a good idea to keep lemon in your house, squeezing a little in your water helps your food to digest. Drink lots of green tea because it speeds up your metabolism. There are going to be those days when you just want to pig out. Just set limits for yourself by not bringing whatever you eat out in the street home with you. If you have it in the house, you will eat it. I have saved myself many times by sticking to this rule. Overall, just start out slowly making changes that you can achieve and slowly work your way up to higher standards. Once you start feeling and looking better, you will be enticed to continue.

Good luck!
