Can I do AB exercises everyday?!


Question: I've been looking at, well doing, this really good Ab workout called '8 minute Abs' along with my Cardio Workout (I do around 20 - 25 mins in the morning and a further 20 - 25 mins at night 7 days per week)... according to the instructor on the dvd for the 8 minute Abs, I should do the Ab workout every day as well. I've always been told to do abs on alternate days... can I do the workout every day without harm?
Additionally, how much water is enough per day to drink?

Yeah, abs are the only muscles that can be worked everyday without any problems, so if you want, you don't have to alternate days. Also, the daily requirement of water is 64 oz. but most diets say to drink a minimum of 32 oz. each day. Hope this helps!

A person is supposed to drink 8 glasses of water in a day! it seems like a LOT, but people manage to do so. I think that is about 5 water bottles, so try to drink water in between workouts or when you have free time. Some people it just depends on their body, but doing your eight minute abs every day doesn't seem like there would be a big problem Good Luck!~Curly Que<3
