When you need rest from gym or eating healthy what do you do that keep you fit?!

If I am exercising I tend to eat healthy because i hate the gruesome workouts and try to eat healthy otherwise the workout wasn't really worth it in the end and it was all a big waste of time.

i find that when I am not exercising like present I tend to overeat and then put on weight faster becuase I had been healthy the week before.

Such a sad life :lol:

i would prefer dancing or going to the mall if you dont like execise the mall is the perfect place to go because you wont notice thta your walking youll be busy shopping the most important thing is to not stay in one place !! =]

Go for walks or go dancing or do nothing always up to each person.

Well, the best thing is sex!!! If you don't have a partner, get one. I don't want to be crude but if you are on top use your legs in different positions. I'm sure you can find ways. If you are on the bottom push up on your partner's chest, it'll also work yours.

take low alloriese also some activitys like picknik gaming etc

hip hop dancing. its loads of fun and its great for cardio and toning your tummy.
