tell her how you feel about the situation or get her some help she ust be unhappy with her appearance to put her through this torture good luck darling love you xxxxxxx

Yeah that is not safe... explain her how it works or take her to a doc for special advice.

Yes, this is bad for anyone! You have to diet sensibly and exercise. Making a few small changes will benefit. What she's doing could be dangerous!

she needs to eat smthing other thatn that try this:

just let her be and let her know you care-bring her fresh fruit/veggies to snack on. then you'll know she is getting her vitamins. she'll get hungry and eat, if not then worry. if she doesn't seem to be dropping weight, she;s closet eating!!lol!

It is a very bad way to lose weight. Rather than lose just fat she will also lose muscle; she will not learn new habits and ways of being, so the weight will come back; finally, she can harm her body by depriving it of adequate nutrition. Add to that that she will lose weight less quickly this way - her body will go into "famine mode" and shut down its metabolism. I had a girlfriend who ate 400 calories a day and could not lose weight because her body was in famine mode.

Her doctor can tell her the right daily calorie count is for her, and possibly talk some sense into her as well. Good luck.

It depends on several factors: her age, her current weight, her general health, how long she intends to keep this diet up, and the source of that ungodly stench eminating from her netherparts.

she wont get ill....But she wont loose weight either because her body is use to that food...so instead of burning off what she eats now her body will store it as fat because her body is thinking something is wrong here where is all the food gone....

That's not a good diet.
We have 2 ways of losing weight.

1 - Eating Less Calories
2 - Exercise to burn the extra calories

Try suggesting your mom to eat quaker oats as it absorb calories and colestrol. It's good for heart also. Do at least 3 hours of exercise a week and drink a lot of water.

It isn't very good for her. You need three meals a day or at least 2 to be healthy. She could end up in a hospital if she does this for too long. What she is doing isn't going to help her lose weight. To lose weight you hav to eat right and exersise. She really should eat 3 meals so she can be heathy.
I hope this helps!

yes this is very bad.
in fact she can pass out and she is derpriving her body of its nutrients.
her body is going to go into starvation mode..
for her to lose weight all she needs to do is limit her calories (but not to that exteme) about 1200 a day should be low enough for her to start losing some weight.
another side effect is she will probably see some hairloss and her skin will change, she will lose energy.
tell her to just do the 1200 cals and split them up into little meals throughout the day and just skip having larger meals..
you need to fuel your body to give it energy and strength

Yes she needs to have a balanced diet. Everyone needs that. You need substance in your life. You should find a diet or lifestyle changes that are healthier for her.

you're right to be worried. this is not a sensible diet. she's messing with her metabolism - it's much better to pick throught the day that to eat 2big meals. she stands to put more weight back on when she stops this diet & starts eating normally again.

an average person needs 2000kcals per day to be healthy - when you are dieting you should eat no less than 1500kcals so she's probably missing out on vital nutrients by doing this. but if you can't convince her that she's putting herself at risk please make sure that she is at least taking vitamins to supplement what she's leaving out of her diet.

try to encourage her to take up an exercise class or 2 and to eat breakfast, a healthy lunch & balanced dinner, this is much better for her & she'll probably find that she'll lose more weight with a plan like this than what she's doing at the moment.

That's not a good diet. If she's interested in loosing weight through dieting, she should see a nutritionist.

thats UNHEALTHY..not getting enough food in your system.yea shell end up in the hospital if she keeps it up

We need less food as we get older. If she's eating two good meals, enough fruit and veg, etc., she should be OK
