Weight loss help?!


Question: i have been on my exercise bike every day and have not been eating as much junk food as i used to. do you have any more tips for weight loss, that dont require special fitness centers and stuff

As long as you are on your bike for at least 30 minuites a day you should see some weight loss. If you don't see anything i would eliminate as much junk food as you can and exercise at a faster pace for an hour.
