Can i expect to loose my goal weight loss?!

Question: if..
i run 6k everyday on my cross trainer.
walk my dog for 30mins everyday
and maybe do 20mins of swimming laps like 1, 2 times a week?

breakfast: protein cereal with lite milk
lunch : salad and a fruit pack thing
dinner : whatever mum cooks, always healthy but in small portions.
snacks : lots of water, and fruit only. maybe a lite youghurt every 2nd day?

can i expect to loose 14kg? (about 30lbs) in 4 weeks?
thanks
if not what can i loose?

Perhaps. It depends on what your weight is now.

If you're heavier, than that is definitely possible.

If you're normal weight, 4 weeks isn't enough time.

i couldnt say unless you tell me how much you weigh now. if you are 115 pounds then no, but if youre 500 then yes....

the skinnier you are the harder it will be. just remember to take glutamine before and after you run. all that running destroys about as much fat as muscle so to keep more muscle there the glutamine will help with that. and also, lift weights. just do core training and you will boost your metabolism even more and create muscle, which in turn burns more fat. good luck.

You shouldn't lose that much weight in that little of time. You can damage your body and create stretch marks on your skin. Health bars are good, i use balance bars. S'mores and chocolate chocolate are my favorite. Salads arent that great because salad dressing is full of fat. You do a lot of exercise which will burn a lot. I suggest protein, fruits, vegetables. Stay away from pastas and breads. You can probably lose 15 lbs. About 3 to 5 pounds will probably be water. A healthy amount is probably 2 lbs a week. Plus your body will lose a lot in the first week and slowly balance out to 2 to 3 lbs per week loss, you body goes into slow mode when it realizes you are in starvation.
