Question: ok i need a way to lose weight just like they do on the tv series so i cant remember some of the ways so can someone tell me and if any one knows if there is a site where i can get some ideas

really, just watch your calorie/carbohydrate intake (i did a 150-carbs-a-day diet and i lost maybe 15 pounds within the month...it works wonders).

walk a few hallways further in work/school/wherever, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

BRUSHING YOUR TEETH WHENEVER YOU GET HUNGRY HELPS TONS!

instead of reaching for the fridge when you're bored, dust or something to take your mind of the "hunger".

oh and did you know that just by tapping your foot while you sit (or jiggling your leg, but that might give people the wrong impression) you can burn up to 80 calories per hour? [it's actually quite a lot considering]

Why does everyone assume there is some miracle program for weight loss?

All it is is eating a healthy, balanced diet and getting in 60 minutes of exercise at least four times a week.

i'm a pescatarian if you want to count that as an diet.

I dont really like the concept of dieting. I like the idea of eating healthy with some cheat days and exercising regularly. Who wants to eat carrots, fish, and sprouts for the rest of thier lives? not me

count calories!! if you stay below 2000 calories a day you WILL lose wieght

My son-in-law lost a lot of weight. WhenI asked him how he did it he said "be hungry".
