Can i expect to loose 28 pounds by__?!
Question: 28 pounds by feb 5th??
ill eat..
a protein cereal with lite milk for breakfast
salad for lunch
fruit and water as snacks.
whatever mum cooks for dinner (its always healthy)
everyday i will walk 6k on my cross trainer.
walk my dog for 30 mins
and 2 times a week along with this i will do laps in the pool for 20 minutes.
i will do some weights everyday too. then situps =]
i want to loose 30pounds by feb 5th!!
is it possible?
i weigh about 139 pounds at the moment.
if not possible, what can i expect to loose?

oh me too. well i think you r headed in the right direction and i think ur meals and snacks r very healthy and if u want something sweet i like friut or some of those flavored rice cakes like 4. i like to play tennis to it works out ur arms and legs and if u suck in ur stomech then ur stomech as well.

No, it's not only unhealthy, but very hard to loose more than a few pounds a week. Feb 5 is about 4 weeks away, so you could expect to loose about 12 pounds by then. Also, 139 sounds like a very normal weight for an average sized woman. How tall are you, and are you sure that your weight loss goals are reasonable?
