Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Heaps of veggies. But, limit starchy veg like potato's and corn.

Well the thing is as long as you exercise you can eat normaly. But on what not to eat don't add like dressings on salads. Don't eat to much fastfoods usualy the have a high amount of fat in it.

I just recently began my quest to lead a healthy lifestyle. I first cut out all soda. Then cut out the red meat. Instead I use ground turkey as substitute for ground beef. Stuff like that. I cut out snacks... instead of potato chips I eat pita chips. Make sure you eat lost of fruits and veggies. Watch the sugar intake. Look for sugar free! That helps a lot. Weight Watchers is a great program!! Check it out. They have great deals right now!!

1St cut out all white sugar Or processed sugar, Red meat big no, no... Simply Jif P-nut butter, (protein) Nothing white , (bread,rice) Whole wheat whole grains Soy Milk, green tea.A lot of water.And exercise, for the rest of your life, once you have achieved your goal 2x a month u can be bad with small amounts of things u should not eat.... t worked 4 me I lost over 100 lbs in 2 years & have keep it off for 2 years.
