Is this a good diet?!


Question: ok for breakfast i eat either yogurt or an egg.
lunch i have a salad with mushrooms and spinich and tomatoes and grilled low fat chicken. with water always water! never soda.
dinner i have grilled chicken or fish or lean meats with a vegie side.
snack i have fruit or a vegie.
is this good i dont eat over 7:00. is this healthy or do i need a bit more?

Really the best long term diests are the ones where you eat a full healthy meal and mix it with excercise, the one you are is good for losing weight in a short time but not good for maintaining a healthy low weight over the corce of time. If you are doing a lot of excercise like you say really you should be eating more and espcialy during breakfast which is the meal that starts you matabelisum every day. If you wake it up with very little or nothing it will not wake up till mid day and will make it harder for you burn calories. Also you need to find some thing that gives you a varity of foods to eat and not just a set few. Try working in some whole grain toast with breakfast along with some fruit and almonds. For a really good diet plan you should talk to a nutritionist and discuss your level of work out your long term weight goals and current health.

Thats an excellent diet

This isn't enough, it's only about 800 calories. You need at least 1200 calories or your body will think you're starving and it'll start storing fat instead of burning it.

I suggest 5-6 nutritious meals throughout the day so that you're never hungry.

You have the right mindset with all the healthy food you're eating, you just need to eat more.
