A quick and HEALTHY way to lose belly blubber?!

Question: I have a little belly fat i'd like to lose before the summer but i don't actually want to lose a significant amount of weight. I'm only 110lb at the most. Is there a quick, HEALTHY and natural way to do that? I've been running and doing sit-ups but that doesn't seem to help much.

Try changing your work out routine. Are you always running the same course for the same duration and doing the same ab workouts each time? If so, mix it up a little! When running, try doing speed intervals and add some hills. Find different ab work outs than the one you are currently doing.

The trick is to be constantly challenging your body with new exercises so it doesn't get used to the same thing. I'm not saying dramatically makeover your workout routine everytime you work out, just alternate. Maybe on mondays you could run on the beach, then tuesday you could run on a treadmill, then wednesday back on the beach, etc..

For more ideas, try checking out some of the fitness magazines at the market, they are filled with workout plans.
(I like "Shape" the best, but there are many magazines out there)

Also, you could try eliminating simple sugars and white flours from your diet. Not only is this better for your over all health, but you'll lose weight in the process!

Good luck with your goals!

ooh,, i wanna know too :)

The treadmill is the best for flattening a stomach

Make sure you're eating healthily. Running is great--keep it up! But be aware that crunches will not melt belly fat--they will build muscle, which you won't see with the fat in the way...which is why the running is good. Keep at it, and be sure you're getting enough sleep, and again, proper nutrition.

How's your diet? A fatty diet can impede results from exercise.

If you weigh 110, you don't have any blubber to speak of unless you are 4 feet tall or have had a baby. Running is great, especially for the heart and lungs. Set ups, good as well. You have nothing to fear. Summer is waiting for you.

keep on exercising. it is the most healthy and good way to lose your belly blubber. and have a healthy and balanced diet. and try changing your exercise routine from time to time. your body gets acquainted to the exercise and you don't lose much weight.

Why don't you try not eating bread or bread products for two weeks, eat raw foods such as fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables, try and stay away from dairy but you don't have to cut it out of your diet completely. The only thing is that since you are eating healthy, there are WAY less calories which means you have to eat MORE. But you won't gain weight because it's healthy for you. Doing this while exercising will produce dramatic results, FAST. I guarantee.

itll take time but ya know email me!

all i can say is to do a little cardio and and try doing situps i just realized from my own experience that by doing it on a ball its easier and faster to do it that way and it gets all the areas but ur going to need patience but if u do it now ull deff b able to lose that and have some nice abs

eat healthy, stay away from fatty processed foods. do a LOT of situps, get an excercise ball. Run. Do pushups. getting a flat stomach takes a lot of time and perseverence (sp?)
