Question: no i dont have bulimia not anorexia.
But im under wight.
I really dont know what to do. How to gain wight.[ in the right places]I dont need a big stomatch or anything but i need a type of food that will make my thighs bigger so taht i can i=fit into my jeans.

my friend has the same problem as you and ur just skinny believe me if u try to gain weight by eating junk food and not exercising ull regret it soooo much. every ones metabolism slows as they get older so eventually u will be a good healthy weight i kno it seems hard but theres not that much u can do right now u can try working out and getting more mussel.
Ok, I would make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day. Consume around 1500-1600 calories a day, and have protein with each meal. I would also have a protein shake after your workout.
Try doing a lifting routine 3 times a week for 30-45 mins.
