Does anyone spend about 2-3 hours weight training?!


Question: Most women think that the men who go to gym spend 2-3 hours weight training.I have no idea why they think that.What do you men think about the opinion about how or why the women say that.Whey they hear bodybuilder they say they spend too much time in the gym.Actually it is not the truth.May be 1-1 1/2 hours 5/6 days /week on in-season thats all about it.Not much of a big deal and i dont think anyone spend 2-3 hours in the gym may be except great ronnie coleman.

I work out 1.5 hours on average. Only 1 hour weightlifting and the other half hour doing cardio. The only reason that anyone should spend 2-3 hours at the gym is if they are doing a work out but wasting so much time in between, like many people do. I do not now of many people who go over 1.75 hours at the gym.

eh, idk, i have a 16yr old guyfriend who works out at the gym from 1-6 hours five days a week
