Question: Ok I signed for to a gym..
And i got a little out of shape over the holidays,
so i wanna lose some lbs?
What are good things to do at the gym:
Treadmill,benching,curls?
How long? What Speed? and how many days a week?
I wanna just lose some fat b4 school starts in 2 weeks

if its weightloss and toning you want your best bet is to combine strength with cardio. when doing strength training keep focus on 2 muscle groups per session with doing 3 sets at min 10-12 reps each set. fro e.g.
biceps and legs then follow up with 20-30min cardio such as a jog on treadmil
