If I only eat breakfast will I lose weight?!

ya but thats really bad what you should do if eat like 5 small meals a day

if thats all you eat all day then no you wont lose weight..breakfast is the most important meal of the day but you have to eat more then that...ive heard if thats all you eat you may gain wait because your body will store that fat to feed itself cuz it knows its not going to get fed.

yes but you should have a the least 5 small meals per day otherwise you will become to underweight you will have a problam

If you dont mind losing muscle weight, but even then your metabolism well slow down.
