Can you help me get motivated to exercise again?!


Question: I used to exercise all of the time and now that I'm a single mom, in nursing school and working part time, I just don't want to cuz I'm tired and would rather eat and sit, which is terrible for you. Can you give me some helpful thoughts to encourage me to exercise and eat better agian. I've gotten lazy.

Well, I would but I need the motivation too! If we lived closer I'd suggest we use the buddy system & motivate each other!! It's better for you & more fun to exercise with a friend! See if one of your friends could do it with you!

Hahaha...me too!! I was good for a while but haven't been going as often as I like. Best thing I have found is getting a buddy to exercise with. Ask a co-worker, friend, or someone in your nursing school. That way, they call you up to exercise and the guilt makes you wanna go (and vice versa)!!! It has totally worked for me.

If you keep sitting and eating your thighs are gonna get huge and you'll soon be wearing a size 18 and saying "what happened to me?"
Motivated now? Good.

May be you could get your friends to exercise with you, when you start to excerise and felel better you will want to eat healthier.

If you know anyone who thinks they are the **** cause they have muscle, get a gym membership, some M Test and some creatine for the morning and some whey protein for after you work out, and show them up one day. thats exacly what i did, and wear more sweaters and what not, then suprize everyone after a month or two, i did that like 2 months ago, it was great, but if your just aiming to lose wiehgt and not gain too much bigger muscles, then lose the creatine and the M test
