i wouldnt say its a diet as i never stick to them. its more of a lifestyle change for the better. on top of wishing to lose the extra xmas pounds, i'd like to be fitter! x

My twin sister is getting married on the 25th of jan, started my diet on the 1st and have lost 4lb. i want to lose a stone. x
I have given up alcohol and caffeine and am generally eating healthier less food.

I started the "Eat More Veggies Diet". I hardly eat vegetables and I am going to make it a habit.

Yes I just started today. I have no clue or I am not following a certain plan. I am going to lose 20-30lbs. No more soda pop,candy bars,greasy foods, & cut back on Beer to weekends only. And I am going to jog/walk at least 5 days a week. Ive never tried to lose weight before but the way I eat now it should not be hard to lose it. I had a few glasses of water for breakfest instead of sausage & gravy. This is going to be hard! But Im stinkin to my guns!

I have started a diet . I am just eating more healthily. I need to lose at least 3 stone but I am just going to take it easy doing it. It has been a case of being to busy to eat properly and eating junk and the weight has crept on pretty fast so now I am just going to take time to eat decent food .

Sensible eating and doing some exercise is the only effective and safe way. I am cutting down on food portion sizes, filling up on veg but not eating so much potatoes and meat. Cutting out biscuits and sweets but nothing else or it already makes me start craving. Reducing (but not stopping) alcohol consumption. Good luck and good for you.

I started mine today. I just want to lose the 3-4lb I put on since Christmas (I was ill actually over Christmas but made up for lost time with the puddings and chocs afterwards!).

I'll count my points Weight Watchers style as it is the only thing that works for me.

I tried that cereal diet - I was STARVING!!! lol

Actually am just eating balance diet everyday so its not really a hard work for me to get back to my ideal shape.
