What did you eat yesterday?!

Question: also what is your relationship with food?
do you make decisions based on health, cravings, calories?
do you eat because of hunger or because of when you and what you think you should eat
do you binge/restrict?
do you feel it controls you or is of little relevence to the rest of your life.
any dietry requirements and blah.

Yesterday I ate 2 Christmas oranges and went to Olive Garden for chicken Marsala- salad- bread sticks - yummy but huge- only ate 1/3 of the main dish.
My relationship with food?? don't really know what that means? I like food- but nothing tastes as good as thin feels- I never say no to anything- I just have one bite and that's it.
I eat because I'm hungry.
I have never binged- or restricted- that's just wrong either way.
Food does not control me what so ever. Its food- it will be there tomorrow if I want more....they make it everyday....
I'm thinking you are having issues with food- talk a dietitian to get the correct information about how much you need and what is best for you. Don't cave to peer pressure or the magazines.

m a foody guy
i lov to eat but i dont eat too much
i eat not coz of hungry but coz of i lov

breakfast- coffee, cottage cheese, and peaches
snack- rice cake
lunch- salad with tomatoes, onions, grilled chicken and raspberry vinaigrette dressing
snack- yogurt
dinner- taco soup
dessert- 3 small cookies and coffee

I'm trying to be healthier and change the way I see food. I'm eating 1200 calories a day to lose about 20 lbs. In the past, I did feel a little controlled by food. It made me feel good to eat sugar and carbs. Now I'm trying to "eat to live, not live to eat". I'm doing very well. The cravings for junk are starting to go away.
