Well, nutritionally, I would be that if you cut out 3 cans of soda a day and stopped eating a burger joint burger for lunch...you'd easily drop off 100 calories.

Exercise wise, do some intense resistance training using supersets (one execese follow immediately by another with no rest, then rest and repeat) and mix in some interval training (something like 30 seconds hard, 60 seconds easy sprints, jumprope, swimming, biking, etc) would get you close. With the turbulent, afterburn effect of that type of metabolism boosting exercise, you'd probably be up around 700-800 cals a day. Then mix in better nutrition and BAM! and easy 1000 cals a day down.

Just make small changes and over time it will build up, be non-intrusive, and you'll change your body like never before. I did that very thing to drop a ton a weight a few years ago..and I just started a blog that shows how I did it.
