You are one of those people who are blessed with a high metabolism. You will start to gain some weight when you are in your late 30s, and that is when you should start eating less and getting a bit more exercise to keep your figure. As for keeping your looks, that is a genetic thing, and while eating properly and getting exercise (and even exercising your face) can help you keep your looks ... as you get older. We ALL 'sag' eventually, but if you live a good healthy life, you'll maintain your looks far longer than if you 'indulge' in the bad habits.

excerise daily

Eat an healthy meals and exercise daily.

don't eat to much sugar foods

A good exercise program and healthy diet.

I know running after five children probably leaves you with little time to yourself. But take them on walks... anything that will boost your muscle mass will help keep your metabolism up and your weight where you want it.

I once heard that drinking a gallon of luke warm water a day boosts your metabolism. I also heard that eating spicy food does that too.

exercise daily and eat healthy.not only is it good for you,but it will teach your 5 children good habits.children learn by example.wouldn't it be wonderful to keep yourself healthy and teach your children good eating habits=)good luck

Happy to hear that you love your body.
I guess you just have to continue what ever habit and diet you are doing.
Walking is a good exercise for you and fresh air for your baby.
Good thinking, NO drugs or anything like that, you have responsibilities now to yourself and to your baby so grow healthy together.
