I wanna loose a couple of pounds , How?!


Question: i want to loose a couple of pounds.

about 20 or atleast 10

im like 125 130 i think.IM 5-5
AND IM 13 YRS.

but i dont want to diet right now cuz i dont think its good for my health

so exercise how many times a week and what are some good exercices

i want to loose some pounds MY STOMACH legs calfs. and arms
