I'm 14 and i weigh 165lb or 75kg how much do i need to lose to not be fat i !


Question: i'm 75kg or 165lb and i want to lose weight but i just like eating food i eat to much i ride an exercise bike 5km or 3miles a day lift 40 10kg weights on each arm do 10 push ups 30 squats and 30 sit ups. its just eating that is the problemi also play sport 5 days a week.

can someone plz do a fitness ragime for me.

well if you have skinny bones or large bones...it would matter.

but ways you could stop yourself from eating to much.
-try listening to music a lot while you exercise,..it helps to exercise longer.
try hanging out with friends. see a movie and dont get popcorn.
in one day try not to step in the kitchen unless you really hear yourself be hungry.
idk. those were off the top of my head answers.

How much muscle do you have? You will be ideal weight when you cant grab too much abdominal fat in one hand.
Just watch what you eat. Distract yourself or eat healthier which will keep you full longer. Your fitness regime sounds good to me.

you DON'T NEED any exercise regimine to lsoe weight, you just need to concentrate on portion control and eating healthy. i hope this helps!i cannot do a fitness regimen for you but i can give you some ideas to stop over eating.
~do you know who Pamela Anderson is? well to not over eat and to resist brain cravings(when you want food, but your tummy isn't growling and you're not really hungry). well, she would go and brush her teeth. nothing tastes good when you've just had something minty and you subconsciously don't want to eat anything because you just got your teeth cleaned
~buy some low-calfoods like the 100 calorie nabisco snacks and snack on those when you're hungry. drag them out. say, "i will eat only one of these." i like to get the oreo kind because you can suck on them. it takes longer to eat something when you're sucking on it so you will trick your body into thinking that you've just had a big snack instead of just a little tiny snack pouch.
~Takes breaks in between bites when you're eating a meal. eat a bite, then put down your fork, count to 20, then pick it back up and repeat.
~Eat your snack/dinner/whatever and wait 20 minutes before eating anything else. it takes 20 minutes for your body to register that you've eaten something and to feel satisfied.
~here's a non food related tip: try to get at least 1 hour of activity. activity can include: walking, biking, running, dancing, playing a sport, whatever. i knwo you said you do sports which is great! if you play baseball don't get a hot dog (or 2) and scarf it down or get fries and onion rings and a bunch of crap. get healthy food s that won't clog your arteries and kill you.
