If i did this would i lose weight?!
Question: meals
breakfast: cereal weetbix
lunch: roll with lettice and cheese and a orange
tea: 3 or 4 different fruits.
and i did 10push ups 30 sit ups 30 squats rode 5km on an execise bike and lifted 40 5kg weights on each arm. would i lose weight?

Hmm, if you want faster results, cut cheese out of your diet,
Not so much fruits though
also try to include more veg's and beans into you diet. Good start!

Oh yea, for your answer, yes you will lose weight the first week you'll see alot of weight lose maybe 5 pounds even, but it's water weight...but as you continue to eat healthy you'll start to lose the fat!
