Would i lose weight if i ate 10 rice crackers 3 peices of fruit lettuce and a li!

breakfast: 3 rice cracker and a orange
lunch: 3 rice crackers a bit of cheese and a apple
dinner: 4 rice crackers lettuce banana
and all i drank was water and exercised daily
would i lose weight btw the cracker things are big and are made of wheat and corn and are 23 calories each.

Your diet doesn't seem to be balanced. You need carbs, proteins and a little bit of fat. Just keep on exercising. Jog/run for about 45 minutes at least 3 days a week. If you want to lose weight quicker, extend your exercise time. Give yourself some days off from running to protect yourself jarring and such. You can do brisk walking instead on those days. Your diet listed wont work well. You might start craving for food at the end of the day and over eat. Good luck!
as long as you add exercise to this coz thats the best way to lose weight... hey try running.. i hate it but i have lost weight from it! :) GL
you're either gonna starve yourself or you're gonna get sick of those rice crackers man... but yeah, you'll lose weight.
