You're pretty much starving yourself and eating the wrong kind of food to loose weight. Starving yourself will also not help you loose weight because you'll have the tendency to eat more to sate your hunger as opposed to eating your meals regularly.

You can loose weight without going hungry. And that's by eating a lot of fresh veggies and protein. Eating proten will actually make you feel less hungry.

Cutting down on sugar. Which orange juice and all types of juices has a ton of! The best liquid to drink will always be water and drink lots of it. Not only for the hydration, but drinking water will also help flush the toxins out of your system.

And always remember that losing weight slowly is always better than losing weight abruptly. 10 pounds lost gradually in a span of 6 months is more likely NOT to come back to 5 pounds lost in a week.

The difference between those two is lifestyle. Simply having a healthy lifestyle (which is composed of teaching yourself good eating habits and exercise) is not going to be painful and will last you a lifetime. Going on a diet means major alterations in your lifestyle that you're not likely to keep... and the moment you get off the diet, all the weight you lost automatically comes back (and often twice as much).

Good luck!

You need way more protein (turkey, tuna, chicken), and fruits and veggies. DO NOT DRINK THAT MUCH ORANGE JUICE! it is full of sugar and will only prevent you from losing your desired weight. Drink a lot more water

eat more protein and fruits and veggies. dont overeat and drink a ton of water.

Basically, in order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. Just jumping into a diet without learning how many calories you burn on average is not safe.
So first, eat how you normally would eat, and record how many calories you had. Weigh yourself and repeat for a couple of days. If your weight does not change, that is how many calories you burn in a day.
Now to diet, simply shave a couple of hundred calories off that number (and by all means keep eating healthy food). Keep eating that reduced number of calories on a day to day basis for 2 weeks. If you are not losing weight after two weeks, consider exercising more and shaving one or two hundred more calories off your diet. You will see results.
Changing your diet slowly will help keep your metabolic rate from slowing down. Meaning you will still be burning just as many calories, but not consuming as many.
I hope this helps!

Sounds okay to me.. as long as you have a good dinner.

Make sure you don't cut your calories below 1300.

You should aim for no less than 1200 calories a day- that is a safe limit for most women. Eating less if ok- which is what you are doing. However, your calorie fat intake still sounds high and it will mean you eat less and feel hungry. Cheese, butter are VERY high in fat and calories. Orange juice or any juice is so high in sugar content that you might as well eat candy- no joke. It is safer to eat higher calories for breakfast than later in the day. Also, you need more veggies in your diet. You should find a reputable website or book to help you with this. You could end up losing very little weight this way- and frustrating yourself. Try The Best Life Diet- very balanced and reasonable. You can download calorie guides on web- try these sights. Arm yourself with knowledge- then proceed. http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nu...
