Answers: I can't stay motivated for more thatn 24 hours. Please give me hope.

Look at yourself naked in the mirror every morning and every night. Look at old pictures of you when you were thinner.

What works for me most though is to tell myself " I will NOT be a quitter AGAIN".

I got together with several people from my work and we meet once a week to share pointers, work-out tips etc. It really helps.

I got a diagnosis of a critical illness which necessitates me staying on a healthy food plan and strict exercise schedule!!

You don't want that, so I suggest getting a new outfit that is the size you want to be. Hang it on the pantry door!! It will be the payoff for sticking to healthy food plan and fitness schedule!

after being on that plan for several months it becomes a habit to do these things and eat this way!!

picture yourself what u are like now and then picture urself wot u will be like when ur done, and dont do it alone when u want to do it with friends, u get a bit competetive because u feel embarressed to say, i gained ___ and it makes u feels awful when they say iv lost ___ so try and beat it.

i am motivated to keep myself healthy and fit, since i don't want to struggle being big and fat. It is better to stay fit than suffer from many illnesses in the end. If you really love yourself, you are really motivated to be fit.

Find someone else to work out with so you can push each other whether it be a friend or significant other. I have a group of girls who also have goals that I workout with. My husband is also very motivated and I am competative so we motivate each other. Plus I just had my second baby so I want to be able to keep up with them and be healthy enough to see grandkids some day. You could also put a picture of yourself on the fridge or the pantry door so that everytime you go to get a snack you are reminded that this is how you don't want to look anymore. Good luck! As soon as you have the slightest motivation get moving don't think about it or you won't go! Put your goals where you will see them everyday too!
