LUNGES, LUNGES,LUNGES. Lunges are when you put one leg in front of you and bend to where yr back legs knee almost touches the gound, and after ten switch legs. For faster results add weights.

i am a runner and enjoy trail running (long distances of about 5 plus miles). that'll tone you for sure! even if you jog at a leisurely pace u will blast the fat.

doing lunges and squats will help ur thighs and calve raises will tone those calves :) i recommend the dvd's 8 minute legs and 8 minute buns. www.amazon.com it's quick and easyyy.
