I am 5"7 and weigh 160 lbs. But I dont feel or look 160. Why is that?!

Question: In fact- I am sort of comfortable the way I am- but at the same time I know that I would be happier at 145.
And also- how can I get myself motivated again to lose weight?
I have lost weigh twice before and went down to 145.
Please help.
Thanks!

If you are comfortable in how you feel/look why change?

As for why you weigh a certain amount but are not showing it, this answer has a couple possible answers. The first being that it could be genetics from your family. You might be able to carry more weight but not show it. A second answer might be that from your previous workouts or exercise regime you have built up enough lean muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat.

As for how to motivate yourself back into a losing weight mentality, just start working out and keep yourself to a schedule. That way you will begin to want to workout instead of it feeling like a chore.

i don't know i can't tell on your picture
