What's the best way you found to lose weight?!


Question: Okay, so my new year's resolution was to be healthy, lose weight, and tone up. What are the best diet plans, exercise habits, and other health tips that you know to lose weight and overall be healthy?

Always eat a good breakfast - oatmeal is excellent. You already know what else is good to eat.

Eat til your comfortable, not full.

If you want a cookie, by all means have one - just one.

Exercise? Do what you like & you're more likely to stick with it. Get an exercise buddy - someone to keep you motivated.

Lighter weights higher reps are best for toning.

Love yourself.

hmm..If you can afford it get a personal trainer and if your married a female trainer so the husband doesn't get jealous/worried,balance your diet and make sure you watch the calories and stuff on the food you eat because if you don't there won't be any reason for you to excersise.

Eliminate sugar, white bread and flour.
